Start by selecting the product or service you’re interested in and submitting the requested order details. Be sure to include names, colors, theme, event date and any other important information needed for your design.

### How far in advance should I place my order?

Because each item is custom made, ordering early is always recommended. Turnaround times may vary depending on the product, quantity and current order volume. Rush availability is an option but not guaranteed.

### Will I see my design before my order is completed?

When applicable, a design proof will be provided for approval before production. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, colors and other personalized information before approving the design.

### Do you accept custom design ideas or inspiration photos?

Absolutely! Inspiration photos are welcome to help communicate the look, colors or overall style you have in mind. Inspiration is used as a guide while creating a custom design for your order, not a duplicate of someone else's work!

### Are payments or retainers refundable?

Due to the personalized nature of custom products and services, payments and retainers are generally non-refundable once design work, ordering of materials or production has begun.

### Do you offer local pickup or shipping?

Available delivery, pickup and shipping options depend on the item being ordered. Any applicable shipping or delivery fees will be provided during the ordering process.
